These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on gueri.dk.

Purchase agreements are entered into in Danish, and the right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers.
Buy from us
When ordering on gueri.dk, before you approve your order, you will have the opportunity to correct or delete products that you have placed in the shopping cart and change the information you have provided in connection with the purchase.
Once you have approved your purchase on gueri.dk, you will first receive an automatic receipt for your order. We will then send an order confirmation. Your order will not be binding until you have received the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to sell out items, price errors and conditions over which Guéri has no reasonable influence.
Payment and Delivery
All amounts are in DKK incl. VAT and must be added to the price of shipping, which will be stated in connection with your order.
Guéri uses an approved payment system that encrypts all your credit card data using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that no one can read your payment information.
We strive to ship orders, which has been received and approved by us before kl. 13:00 on weekdays, the following weekday. The item will be delivered in accordance with the delivery method you have chosen.
You can choose from a few when ordering it delivered at your door, garage or anywhere at your address. If you specify such a place, we will consider delivery to have taken place when the carrier delivers your order to this place.
We deliver goods with GLS to addresses in Denmark, unless otherwise agreed. You can contact email@example.com if you need delivery to addresses in other countries.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased on gueri.dk, calculated from the day you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier), receives the goods in physical possession. You have to pay return / shipping costs yourself. If you have purchased several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See below for reimbursement of delivery costs in case of cancellation.
Cancellation of an order must be notified to us within 14 days after purchase, and return must be made no later than 14 days after we have been notified that you have regretted the purchase. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Notwithstanding the above, however, you have no right of withdrawal, if the item is sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken.

4.3 Cancellation refund
If you regret, we will refund all payments received from you for the item in question, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only regret part of your purchase, we do not refund the shipping costs, and
If you have selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, however, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned or you have submitted proof that the items have been returned.
We make a refund to the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If the item is damaged upon arrival at you , or there is an error, please send it back to us and we will replace the product if we agree on the error.

The Purchase Act applies and according to it, you in case of defects advertise to us "within a reasonable time". Complaints within 2 months are always timely if you are a consumer.
Our products are not medicines or medicinal preparations and is not suitable for the treatment of diseases or actual skin disorders. You should not use our products if you suffer from any kind of intolerance, hypersensitivity or allergy to the ingredients in our products.Gupé is liable according to the general rules of Danish law. , however, Guéri disclaims any liability for indirect losses, including operating and revenue losses and other consequential losses. In addition, Guéri's liability is limited in all respects to the maximum value of the invoiced goods, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
Gupé is not responsible for non-compliance. of liabilities attributable to force majeure.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in products developed by or for Guéri and gueri.dk belong to Guéri. This includes i.a. trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and design rights, including texts, logos and trade marks, etc.
Any use in violation of our intellectual property rights will be prosecuted.
En evt. complaint, which we do not succeed in agreeing on, can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain via www.forbrug.dk .

Disagreement that the parties do not succeed in resolved amicably, is decided in accordance with Danish law by the Danish courts. The court in Lyngby is the court of first instance, unless the case can be referred and processed by the Maritime and Commercial Court or the Eastern High Court.
